Andrew Midgley is a professional landscape photographer. His enthusiasm for wild and unspoilt places and his individual style means his work has been used in print widely in the UK and Europe.
Andrew studied landscape photography at university and holds a masters degree (distinction). After lecturing in colleges for many years he now regularly leads photography workshops.
He has worked extensively with the Peak District National Park and the Norfolk Broads authorities and also with publishers on a variety of major book projects including the best selling Grand Literary Café’s of Europe.
The Landscape Photographer of the Year competition have presented Andrew with Six Awards, most recently Runner Up prize in the Urban Landscape category 2018.
Andrew lives on the coast in Norfolk and loves the sublime qualities of the countryside and shoreline. He can be found near the coast with his camera on many days of the year, walking on the beaches and salt-marshes, watching the changing skies and the light falling on this wild landscape.
